Nevin "PUNKY" Steed

Mr. Nevin Derrick Steed, 61, of Piedmont, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.  The Piedmont native was born to Clyde and Louise Smart Steed. Until his health prevented, he was a  heavy equipment operator.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Ryan Cody Steed; and  brother: Danny Steed.

Survivors include his son: Corey (Keisha) Steed; special friend: Susan Loomis; sisters: Denise (Roy)        Haney and Dawn Steed Headrick; and sister in law: Lisa Steed; grandchildren:  Hannah, Taylor, Brandon  and Kodi Steed ; one great grandchild: Adalynn Lavigne; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 6-8 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel.    No other services are scheduled.  Those attending are requested to wear masks and adhere to social distancing as per the State Mandate.
