Jamie Winkles

JAMIE DEMPSEY WINKLES, 42, of Piedmont, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021, after a brief illness, at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Born in Calhoun County to Joseph Earl and Cindy Arlene Dempsey Miller, she was employed with Federal Mogal as an order processor. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her children:  Matthew McGee, Dalton Winkles, Kristian Winkles, and Faythe Winkles; brother: Daryl Dempsey; sister: Christie (Nathan) Smart; and grandchildren: Caylyn Winkles and L.J. Handy.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 9, 2021, at 2:30 PM from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 1:30- 2:30 PM. Rev. Kenneth Boles will officiate.  Burial will follow in Goshen Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Winkles, Nathan Smart, Phillip Winkles, Jason Lane, Johnny Burge and Bryan Kiser

She was a loving, caring mother, and devoted sister and friend.
