William Ray Blythe, 60, of Leesburg, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Cherokee Medical Center. He was a disabled veteran after serving in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents: Donald Ray and Mozell Pierce Blythe, and brother: James Blythe.
Survivors include his children: Maria Lynn (Michael) Lake of Piedmont, AL and their children, Miranda and Alex-Andrea; Aaron (Deidre) Blythe of Evansville, IN and their daughter, Emma; and Sarah Blythe of Evansville, IN; brother: Pastor Rick (Ginger) Blythe of Piedmont; and three sisters: Janice (Terry) Nicholson, Bertha (Gary) Maddox, and Shirley (Randy) Slaton.
Memorial services will be Thursday, January 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Dansby Heritage Chapel with Luke Blythe officiating.
