Tom Robertson

WILLIAM THOMAS “TOM” ROBERTSON, 73, passed away at his residence on Friday, November 11, 2022 surrounded by his family.  The Piedmont native was born to Jesse Marion and Eula Louise Stewart Robertson, who preceded him in death.     

He was a member of Piedmont Church of God and worked in the automotive business as a body repairman.  He was one who loved God, his family, his church, and his friends.  He could make anybody smile just by being in his presence. Through the trials placed on him, he never lost his hope and his smile.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sheron Chandler Robertson; daughter: Sheree (Wayne) Haynes; brother: Bob (Wanda) Robertson; sister: Jean (Butch) Tolbert; grandchildren: Kayle (Linda Feazell) Naugher; and Karah (Dalton) Boyd.      

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from Dansby Heritage Chapel with Rev. David Cox officiating with visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.   Burial will follow in Piedmont Memory Garden.

Pallbearers will be Kayle Naugher, Dalton Boyd, Butch Tolbert, Wayne Haynes, Eddie Chandler and Tommy Hilburn.
