Randall Scott Thompson was born on October 10, 1954 to Martha Weaver Thompson and Shannon Thompson. At an early age, he joined St. Luke Holiness Church, FBH in Piedmont, AL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Weaver Thompson, father, Shannon Thompson, daughter, Zimina Thompson, his sisters: Alicia Ann Diamond, Shirley Mae Ellis, Peggy Sue Dupree and his brother, Tommy Lee Prater.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Olivia Thompson (Jacksonville, AL), daughter, Melissa Moore (Guido Moore) and Derrick Thompson (Bibb County, AL). Six grandchildren include Jerrica Moore (Jacksonville, AL), Guido S. Moore II, Tashera Carpenter, Trevaughn Carpenter, Trey Carpenter, and Paeorcia Thompson. He also has eight great-grandchildren; all of Calhoun County, AL.
He also leaves to cherish his memories: Three brothers: Donald Thompson (Rosie Thompson), James Thompson (Paralee Thompson) and Grank Thompson (Mary Thompson); one sister, Judia Thompson; all of Calhoun County, AL.; and a host of nieces, nephews and a special niece, Carolyn McDonald Ellis.
Visitation for Randall will take place on December 30, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at St. Luke FBH, officiating will be Rev. Quinton Hughley Sr., located at 614 Draper St, Piedmont, AL, 36272. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
