Miguel Octavio Lopez, 24, of Heflin, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.  Born in Anniston, AL to Juana Petra Lopez and Octavio Lopez-Ramos, he was a 2018 graduate of Cleburne County High School. He was in the construction business.

Preceding him in death was his grandmother, Julia Ramos.

Survivors include his parents: Octavio Lopez-Ramos and Juana Petra Lopez (Cele Martinez);   brothers: Josue-Juan “Carlos”  Lopez, Luis Alberto Lopez; sister: Perla Rosa Lopez;  grandparents: Gil Lopez, Sabina Ramos and Atiliano Lopez; aunts: Cela Lopez and Reyna Lopez; uncles: Cornelio Lopez, Filiberto Miguel Lopez, Rocael Lopez, Rumualdo Lopez, Angel Lopez and Haroldo Lopez; cousins:  Lesly Hernandez,  Jesus “Chewy” Hernandez, Esther Hernandez, David Hernandez, Elisa Hernandez, and Cecilia Hernandez.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.  at Harvest International Ministry,  8 Masada Mountain Drive, Anniston, AL with visitation from 11:00 am until funeral time.  Dr. Reinaldo Whyte (Bishop) will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jesus Hernandez, Luis Lopez, Rudy Lopez, Octavio Lopez-Ramos and Aron Lopez. Burial will follow in Forestlawn Gardens, 730 Golden Springs Road, Anniston, AL.

Miguel Octavio López, de 24 años, de Heflin, falleció el domingo 17 de septiembre de 2023 por lesiones sufridas por un accidente automovilístico.  Nacido en Anniston, Alabama, hijo de Juana Petra López y Octavio López-Ramos, se graduó en 2018 de Cleburne County High School. Estaba en el negocio de la construcción.

Le precedió en la muerte su abuela, Julia Ramos.

Los sobrevivientes incluyen a sus padres: Octavio López-Ramos y Juana Petra López (Cele Martínez);   hermanos: Josué-Juan "Carlos" López, Luis Alberto López; hermana: Perla Rosa López;  abuelos: Gil López, Sabina Ramos y Atiliano López; tías: Cela López y Reyna López; tíos: Cornelio López, Filiberto Miguel López, Rocael López, Rumualdo López, Angel López y Haroldo López; primos: Lesly Hernández, Jesús "Chewy" Hernández, Esther Hernández, David Hernández, Elisa Hernández y Cecilia Hernández.

Los servicios funerarios serán el sábado 23 de septiembre de 2023 a las una de la tarde en la iglesia Harvest International Ministry, 8 Masada Mountain Drive, Anniston, AL con la visitacion de las once de la mañana hasta de las una de la tarde .  El Dr. Reinaldo Whyte (Obispo) oficiará el servicio. Los portadores del féretro serán Jesús Hernández, Luis López, Rudy Lopez, Octavio López-Ramos y Aron López. El entierro seguirá en Forestlawn Gardens, 730 Golden Springs Road, Anniston, AL.
