Mary Scott

Mary Ellen Price Scott, 72, of Piedmont, passed away at her residence on Saturday, August 22, 2020. She was a Calhoun County native, born to Hoyt Clifford and Clara Sue Acker Price.  She was employed with Anniston Regional Medical Center as an RN in Critical Care for years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Douglas William Scott;  and sisters: Carolyn Payne and Charlotte Propes.

She is survived by her son: Billy Shannon (Carla) Gaddy; daughter: Sharron Lynn (Jeremiah Lightsey) Gaddy; brothers: Larry Wayne Price of Piedmont and Vernon Price of Homer, LA; grandchildren: Lauren Elizabeth Norton, Joshua K. Gaddy, and Jordan A. Gaddy; and one great grandchild: Mia Paredes.

The family chooses to have a private memorial service at a later date.
