Marlin "JR" Davis, Jr.

Marlin A. Davis,“Jr”,  66, passed away December 8, 2015.  He was lifelong resident of White Plains and      was employed by Davis Construction Sawmill. He is survived by his wife:  Ann B. Davis; daughter: Melissa Davis of Piedmont; 3 grandchildren: Levi, Kalven, and Chellby Woodard; and 3 brothers: Mike, J.B. and Jerry Davis.  He was preceded in death by his daughter: Miranda Woodard; parents:  Marlin and Lucille Davis;  and 3 brothers: Larry, Aaron, and Kenneth.                                                                                                    Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 10 at 3:00 p.m. from Nances Creek Cemetery with Rev. Garry Brown officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the White Plains Fire Department.
Food for the family may be taken to the home of Sue Brown, 520 Old Rocky Ridge Road, Jacksonville, AL.
