Funeral Services for Mr. Kenneth Nichols will be Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. from Davis Chapel United Methodist Church in the Ball Play Community, with visitation at the church from 1-3 P.M. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Nichols, 84, of the Ball Play Community, passed away Thursday, June 19 at his residence. He retired from Sears as a service technician. He proudly served his country in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann Nichols; and two daughters: Judy (Rick) Freeman and Joyce Vaughn; 4 grandchildren: Misty Burt, Derrick Freeman, Corey Vaughn, and Eli Vaughn;1 great grandchild: Chloe Freeman; 2 brothers: Bob Nichols and Jack Nichols; two sisters: Norma Morgan and Donna Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Davis Chapel United Methodist Church, 4420 County Road 19, Piedmont, AL 36272.
