Joe Holden

JOE AUSBORN HOLDEN, 85, of Piedmont, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.  He was of the Baptist Faith, retired from Civil Service and a degreed Mason.                                                                                                                                                           He was preceded in death by his wife: Joan Roberts Holden; parents: William and Ever Holden; two brothers:  Alton and James Holden; and one sister:  Juanita Holden Livingston.            Survivors include his two children:  Pam Holden Garmon (Glenn Sellers) and Dennis (Glynda) Holden; his children’s mother:  Mary Ivaline Holden Puckett; 4 grandchildren: Becky Holden Belyeu, Johnny Holden, Chris Adams and Keith Knight; 7 great grandchildren; brother: Billy Holden; several nieces, nephews, friends, and special companion and friend, Lou Henderson. Funeral services will be Friday, August 14 at 11:00 a.m. from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 10- 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Goshen Cemetery.                                                     Dansby Heritage Chapel is honored to serve the Holden Family.
