Frank Macon Allen, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and deacon of the Baptist faith, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025, in Piedmont, Alabama. He was born on January 21, 1939, in Piedmont, Alabama, where he spent his early years before embarking on a career as a dedicated truck driver.
Frank was known for his caring personality and his unwavering commitment to his family. He cherished every moment spent with his grandkids, who brought immense joy to his life. Frank's passion for the outdoors was evident in his hobbies; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening, creating lasting memories in the embrace of nature.
He leaves behind his sons Gary (Stephenie) Allen, Darryl (Melissa) Allen, and Michael (Samantha) Allen, as well as his daughter Susan (Nathan) Twilley. His siblings include Glenna (Tommy) Palmer, who provided cherished family connections throughout his life. Frank was proud of his grandchildren: Brett Allen, Morgan (Nick) Bixby, Madison Allen, Peyton (Erin) Allen, Ryan Hunt, and Sammy Delevie, all of whom will carry forward his legacy of love and care.
Frank is warmly remembered by the family members who have preceded him in death, including his father John Allen, mother Florence Allen, beloved wife Michal Allen, brothers Arnold, Fred, and Donald Allen, sister Polly Molock, and grandchild Emma Delevie.
Friends and family are invited to honor Frank's memory during visitation on December 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel. Burial will follow after the service at Gnatville Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Rodney Ledbetter.
Frank Macon Allen will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit and the lessons he imparted will forever remain in their hearts.
