Eunice Doss Coogler

Eunice Doss Coogler, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on February 1, 1933, she was known for her kind and caring nature, embodying what it meant to be family-oriented. Eunice's life revolved around her loved ones, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.

She is survived by her devoted children, Shelia Coogler Muse (Donny) and Joey Coogler, who carry forward her warmth and legacy. Her grandchildren, Chris King, Patrick Livingston (Kerry), Heath Parker, Ginger Harrelson (Brian), Allison Law, Bridget Donaldson (Ricky), Mikey Parker (Helen), Dalton Coogler (Cheyenne), Brandon Muse, Brianna Coogler (PJ), and Autumn Thompson, including her 20 great grandkids, several great-great grandkids, and several nieces and nephews will remember her with love and gratitude for their shared moments and the wisdom she imparted.

Eunice reunites in eternal rest with her beloved husband, Joseph Hamilton Coogler, along with her parents, Richard W. Doss and Stella Smith Doss, and her daughters, Sandra Coogler Morrow and Sheryl June Livingston, also her beloved grandson, David Matthew Livingston. She will also join her brothers, Dennis Doss, Elbert Doss, and Travis Doss, who predeceased her.

A graveside service will be held on January 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Nances Creek Cemetery in Jacksonville, AL, officiating will be Rev. Ricky Doss, where friends and family can gather to celebrate her remarkable life. Her legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Pallbearers will be: Dalton Coogler, Kevin Smith, Gary Smith, PJ Sotelo, Dale Doss, and Ricky Donaldson. Honorary pallbearers, include: Brandon Muse, Mikey Parker, and Heath Parker. Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice and the best nurse, Christy Hall.
