Danny Ellis

DANNY CURTIS ELLIS, 52,  of Piedmont, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at his residence.     He was born to William Curtis and Virginia Marlene Smith Ellis in Pensacola, FL. He was a traffic control officer for the highway department construction and of the Baptist Faith.  He was preceded in death by his father.                                                                                                                                                                  Survivors include his mother:  Marlene Smith Ellis; sister: Sherri (Keith) Walker; daughter:  Shawna (Josh) Ray; and 3 grandchildren:  Isaiah, Kynsleigh, and Jackson Ray.                                                                           Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 1, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel with the funeral service on Saturday, Jan. 2 at 11:00 AM at Dansby Heritage Chapel.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Travis Smith, Elvin Smith, J.M. Smith, Norman Ellis, Warren Doenges, and Paul Williams.
