Bobbie Jean Monge, a beloved seamstress, dedicated wife, and cherished mother, passed away on December 22, 2025, in Anniston, Alabama. Born on June 27, 1941, in Piedmont, Alabama, Bobbie touched the lives of many with her loving and tender heart.
Her career as the owner of a seamstress shop was not just a job; it was a reflection of her creativity and passion for sewing. Each stitch sewn carried the warmth of her spirit, and her work became a source of pride and comfort for those who sought her talent. Bobbie's exceptional skills went hand-in-hand with an innate ability to understand and care for others, making her not only a skilled artisan but also a treasured friend and confidant.
To her family, Bobbie was a great wife and an exemplary mother. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Enrique Monge, and her sons, Robin Hulsey, Jeffery Hulsey(Angela), and Jason Monge, who will carry her memory forward in their hearts. Her legacy continues with her grandchildren—Kristen Hulsey, Marissa Stanley, Jessica Highfield(Cliff), Misty Ham, Rebekah Hulsey, and Kellan Monge—as well as her great-grandchildren, Trinity, Ethan, Wyatt Stanley, Montana Highfield, and Memphis Highfield, who were lucky enough to bask in her unconditional love.
Bobbie is also survived by her brothers, Billy Reynolds and Larry Reynolds, and her sister, Sylvia Sanford, who shared countless memories of laughter and family gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leo Reynolds, her mother, Mae Reynolds, and her sister, Bonnie Rainey. Though they are no longer with us, their spirits remain intertwined with Bobbie's, leaving a comforting presence in the lives she touched.
As we remember Bobbie Jean Monge, we celebrate her life filled with love, artistry, and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. Her spirit will forever be cherished by family and friends alike, whose lives were illuminated by her kindness and gentle heart.
