Betty Pike

Ms Betty Pike,67,  of Piedmont, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Gadsden.                           One of six children born to Jesse Davis and Stella Lee Crook Pike, she was a quilter at Springs Textiles. She was preceded in                           death by her parents; brothers: Hugh and Claude Pike; sister: Dorothy Smart; and nephew: David Smart.                                                   Survivors include her brother: Larry (Sonja) Pike; sister: Nola Mae McCurdy;  nieces and nephews: Corey, Shannon                                            (who was her special caregiver), Heather, Polli, Tiffani, David, Sherry, Diane, Dean, Leslie, Sarah, Kathy, Pam, Kim, Vann;                             and many loved great nieces and  nephews.                                                                                                                                                  Visitation will be held Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 6- 7:30 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel with the funeral service at 7:30  PM.                       Rev. Danny McGinnis will officiate. At her request, final disposition wil be cremation. Dansby Heritage Chapel is honored to serve the Pike Family.
