Andrew Ellsworth

Andrew Trent Ellsworth, 57, of Wellington, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital in Anniston. He was born in Mishawaka, IN on January 3, 1959 to Charles Robert and Betty June Fitch Ellsworth. An Auburn Graduate with a degree in Animal Science, he ran his own roofing company for 15 years, was an HVAC technician and instructor, and served several tours in Iraq as a contractor.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Robert Ellsworth.
He is survived by his mother, June Fitch Doughty of Jacksonville; sons: Trent and wife, Emily Ellsworth of KY and Drew Ellsworth of TN; daughters: Laura Ellsworth and Mary Ellsworth, both of TN; sister: Leigh Ann Lockamy of Jacksonville; and three grandchildren: Addy, Sawyer, and Theo.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 12:00 p.m., following a visitation at 11:00 a.m. Both will be held at West Point Baptist Church (6835 Hwy. 204 Jacksonville, AL 36265) with Rev. Ronald Moore and Rev. Rick Foote officiating. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Andrew’s home church:
